Zero Balancing: Advancing Skills Day is a one-day class to enhance your Zero Balancing practitioner skills through discovery, review, open forum, demonstration and practice.

In the morning we’ll review Core ZB theory and as much of the protocol as requested. Your questions will shape the lessons so you’re invited to bring case studies, questions and stories we can work through as a group.

In the afternoon we’ll deep dive into anything the class wants. My current plan is to focus on practitioner presence, mindfulness and mindset while doing ZB. We’ll talk about the neurobiology of “yes” and how the brain is built for experiments based on desire. We’ll investigate questions like, What does Interface feel like? How do I know when I’m there? What does it feel like in my body when I’m paying attention to the Donkey? How do I calibrate my “pause” if I’m getting (or not getting) working signs?

The format will be tailored to small group learning and the needs and interests of participants; a mix of instruction, demonstration, touch feedback and session swaps.
